Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of business analysis experience.
- Colleague degree in a related discipline strongly preferred.
- Strong experience in project management, process reengineering, and business systems analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in Consumer Mortgage Servicing is required.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and systems such as Director/MSP, Jira, Visio, BRD templates, Lucid and Figma is strongly preferred.
- Experience collaborating with others and working in an agile or pod environment is strongly preferred.
- Business Analyst certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, ICP-BVA, Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred.
