We are seeking a skilled Civil 3D Drafter to join our civil site development team. This role will focus on producing high‑quality drafting and design support for projects across the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience creating plans and profiles for a wide range of civil site components, including grading, utilities, stormwater systems, and erosion control. This is an office‑based position with no travel required to start.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed plans and profiles using Autodesk Civil 3D for civil site projects.
• Draft and design site work layouts, including grading, utilities, and general civil site features.
• Prepare stormwater management drawings, including storm sewer layouts and supporting design elements.
• Draft retention and detention pond designs, including contours, volumes, and drainage features.
• Create erosion and sediment control (E&S) drawings, including BMPs and construction-phase control plans.
• Collaborate with civil engineers and project managers to ensure drawings align with project requirements and standards.
• Maintain drawing accuracy, consistency, and adherence to CAD standards.
• Revise plans based on team feedback, engineering updates, or client requirements.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously for clients across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1-5+ years of experience as a Civil Drafter or CAD Technician (Civil 3D experience required).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D for plan and profile generation.
• Strong understanding of civil site design elements such as grading, stormwater, utilities, and erosion control.
• Ability to interpret engineering redlines and convert them into accurate drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
