We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our legal team.
*Duties*
- Assist in the drafting and review of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Manage legal case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Review documents for relevance and accuracy as part of the discovery process.
- Organize case materials and prepare exhibits for court proceedings.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with legal standards.
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or in a similar role within a legal environment.
- Proficiency in document review processes and legal case management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A degree or certification in paralegal studies or a related field is preferred.
