An insurance law firm located in Downtown Miami is looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate should possess over four years of experience in litigation, including familiarity with state and federal e-filing processes. The firm seeks a proactive and organized individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and support attorneys throughout the case management process, from inception to trial. Key responsibilities will include conducting pretrial investigations, managing discovery, preparing files for hearings and trials, and providing trial support as necessary.
