Qualifications:

3+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Copilot, and Copilot Studio.

Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.

Bachelor's degree is preferred, but additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is a plus.

Strong technical understanding of Power Platform, Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, OneDrive, and productivity accelerators.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience troubleshooting and optimizing technical solutions.

Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
