Our client is seeking a NetSuite Functional Analyst to join their team in Tukwila, WA. The organization is one of King County's most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting the area's most vulnerable populations.

The NetSuite Functional Analyst supports a NetSuite ERP and FreshService environment in a behavioral health care setting. The analyst will also support peripheral applications associated with the NetSuite environment, including but not limited to Squareworks (Charted), Amazon Business, NSBP, and Stripe.

This role will support exploration and implementation of new or under‑utilized functionality and provide first‑line troubleshooting prior to opening tickets with NetSuite Advanced Customer Support. The role also supports the FreshService application environment and other applications as needed.

Schedule: Typically Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: In‑office in Tukwila, WA


Responsibilities

Essential Functions

NetSuite (including NSPB) Functional Support

  • SuiteScripts / Workflows (approval workflows, etc.)
  • Saved Search / Report development
  • Report distribution
  • Forms - creation, updates, deployment
  • Analytics datasets and workbook development

General NetSuite System Support

  • Assist users in dashboard setup and home screen customization
  • Identify and support best methods for importing external data
  • Support exploration and implementation of new functionality (e.g., expense reimbursement solution)
  • Research and explore under‑utilized features
  • Recommend alternatives for manual and Excel‑based processes

NetSuite Role Management

  • Configure roles aligned with function and segregation‑of‑duties standards
  • Adjust roles according to least‑necessary‑access principles

Basic NetSuite Administrative Functions

  • New release evaluation and deployment
  • Sandbox refresh
  • Error decoding, correction, and support
  • Assist with 3rd‑party integrations
  • Support system security monitoring and audits

FreshService & Other Application Support

  • User use‑case development assistance
  • Application support, ticket handling, error correction
  • Report development and deployment
  • System utilization support

Tasks & Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Document functional and technical requirements for NetSuite enhancements

System Configuration & Optimization

  • Customize NetSuite modules (CRM, Financials, Inventory, etc.)
  • Recommend and implement system improvements
  • Track and report on continuous improvement efforts

Training & Documentation

  • Create or support creation of user guides and training materials
  • Conduct workshops or one‑on‑one training
  • Serve as mentor and coach for system utilization

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as liaison between technical teams and business units
  • Translate complex system capabilities into clear business language

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a NetSuite (Social Impact) Analyst
  • Experience with FreshService preferred
  • NetSuite Certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Strong IT knowledge and experience
  • Knowledge of NSPB and Squareworks (Charted) highly desirable
  • NSPB coding experience preferred
  • Customer service/interaction experience required
  • Experience in health care or nonprofit settings desirable but not required
