We're partnering with our client to hire a Marketing Director to help drive growth, elevate the firm's brand, and work closely with leadership and practice groups.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution - shaping marketing vision while staying actively involved in communications, business development, and client engagement.
What you'll be doing:
Lead firmwide marketing, business development, and communications initiatives
Own multi-channel campaigns across website, social media, client communications, advertising, and sponsorships
Support proposals and RFPs while partnering with attorneys on individual business development strategies
Plan and execute high-impact marketing, networking, and business development events
What we're looking for:
✔️ 5+ years of marketing and business development experience in legal or professional services
✔️ A strong communicator with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset
✔️ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
✔️ A creative, collaborative professional with a strong service mentality
