Atlanta law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Paralegal who has at least five years of experience. You will work with attorneys on a variety of commercial real estate and commercial lending transactions including SBA loans.

Responsibilities of Commercial Real Estate Paralegal will include:
- Title and survey review, ordering title examinations and performing title curative when necessary
- Performing legal research
- Performing due diligence
- Drafting closing documents
- Preparing closing checklists and binders, security deeds, escrow letters and estoppels
- Communicating with all parties involved in transactions to obtain necessary information and documents
- Coordinating closings
