This is a great opportunity for a strong data entry focused professional to support a professional claims and new business environment in Indianapolis. This role will focus on processing and review of new business paperwork working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high % of quality. This role will work within various proprietary systems as well as Word, Excel, and Outlook. The majority of the customer service within this role will be via e-mail. If you are a rock star communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and looking to work in a growing, dynamic company, this is the role for you. THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE IN INDIANAPOLIS, IN.
Required Skills:
Must have strong data entry experience
Must have strong customer service and/or processing experience
Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to hit metrics
Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
Must have basic computer literacy skills and the ability to learn new proprietary systems
Must have basic Word and Excel skills
Must be able to work collaboratively with team members and interact with clients
Must have the ability and willingness to learn new things
Must have the ability to work individually and in a team environment
