Required Skills:

Must have 10+ years' experience in an IT Program and Project Management

Must have strong experience dealing with executives on the business and IT side

Experience managing projects related to data reporting modernization, data governance, data privacy, and/or test data management is ideal

Previous hands-on technical data experience or analysis is desired but not necessarily required

Must have strong experience managing application centric projects

Experience managing multiple programs/projects at the same time is required

Must have experience managing offshore and onshore teams

Experience managing projects in an enterprise environment is required

Must have experience managing large critical IT initiatives that touch many IT groups

Experience managing projects within a Waterfall and Agile environment is ideal

Experience with project planning and driving scheduling conflicts

Must have experience with risk and issue management and escalation

Must have strong experience with technical projects

Must be able to drive teams to hit deadlines and manage changes, obstacles, and risks

Must have strong attention to detail and be proficient in coordinating across many groups

Must have experience with MS Project or other project management tools

Must be skilled in communication with business stakeholders and IT teams

Job/Project Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Program/Project Manager to manage strategic initiatives for a large, enterprise organization. The successful PM will manage various large IT project initiatives including data reporting modernization, data governance, data privacy, and test data management for key workstreams of a large system migration. In this role you will be working with business and IT teams as well as 3^rd party and offshore vendors to hit key deadlines.
