This is a senior level position that is responsible for analyzing complex business operations and recommending solutions to align individual business functions with organizational goals. This role requires thorough understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and recommends solutions to improve general business processes and planning. This position can collaborate with one or several business units or functions. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. 5-10 years of experience.

• In the first 90 days, this Business Analyst will establish end-to-end requirements traceability for the MVNO project, ensuring business and technical requirements map cleanly to UAT and Employee Field Trial (EFT) test cases. They participate in daily EFT triage rhythm; intake, prioritization, coordination with engineering and network teams, and clear participant communications- so issues are diagnosed and closed quickly. In parallel, they will stabilize daily product operations by monitoring key performance indicators and delivering concise reporting that keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Success is measured by strong traceability coverage, faster EFT response, and resolution times, improved UAT readiness, and consistent, transparent communication. This sets a foundation to accelerate post-MVP requirements and continuous improvements over the next quarter.

Brief Summary:

• Just a BA skillset, BRDs, working with stakeholders, high level communication skills.
• Should have Mobile experience (best if working with MVNO's, but Mobile is enough)
