Position Overview:
Beacon Hill's client is seeking a highly skilled attorney with 3-5+ years of experience in commercial litigation who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing all phases of sophisticated commercial litigation, from pre-trial investigation through final resolution.

You will work closely with a diverse team of attorneys in our commercial construction and community association practices, handling a broad range of litigation matters. Candidates should have substantial experience in both state and federal courts, and a background in administrative matters and arbitration is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

• Develop and implement strategic litigation plans

• Conduct depositions and argue motions in court

• Represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings

• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients throughout the litigation process

• Balance multiple high-priority matters while delivering exceptional service and strategic execution

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of commercial litigation experience

• Proven ability to handle complex matters in both state and federal courts

• Experience with administrative proceedings and arbitration is a plus

• Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Must be licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
