Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator
Buckhead | Onsite

This temp role provides firmwide support across marketing, business development, and communications initiatives for a well-established national law firm. The Senior Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in elevating the firm's brand, supporting attorneys, and managing high-impact marketing projects in a fast-paced, professional services environment.


Assignment Details

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

  • Workweek: 36.5 hours per week, paid as a full 40-hour week

  • Pay Rate: $28.85-$33.65/hour

  • Location: Onsite - Buckhead

  • Position Type: Temporary (while the firm searches for a permanent replacement)

  • Training: On-the-job training provided


Day-to-Day Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day marketing, communications, and business development requests

  • Work closely with the marketing committee to prioritize and support attorney needs

  • Draft, edit, and distribute marketing materials including newsletters, attorney biographies, client updates, website content, seminar materials, and other communications

  • Coordinate onboarding of new attorneys and staff from a marketing perspective (bios, headshots, LinkedIn profiles, website updates, announcements)

  • Maintain and update firm website content, attorney bios, trial lists, and related materials

  • Manage segmented mailing lists and support targeted outreach efforts

  • Prepare pitches and RFPs, including company research and competitive analysis in coordination with attorneys

  • Plan, organize, and execute firm events, including logistics, invitations, RSVPs, catering coordination, and on-site support

  • Draft and post firm social media content on LinkedIn using approved graphics and messaging

  • Coordinate CLE/CE processes for external, client-facing events

  • Manage firm swag inventory, vendor coordination, and distribution

  • Maintain organized and accurate electronic filing systems for all marketing documentation


Top Three Daily Focus Areas

  • Supporting attorney and firmwide marketing initiatives

  • Coordinating marketing projects, events, and communications

  • Managing documentation, content updates, and tracking materials


Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5+ years of marketing experience within a law firm or professional services environment (required)

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Prior legal marketing experience at a mid-to-large-sized firm strongly preferred

  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Tech-savvy with high proficiency in:

    • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop (or similar design tools)

    • Website and content management tools (e.g., SitePilot)

    • Basic HTML knowledge preferred

  • Professional, calm under pressure, and confident working with attorneys and senior leadership
