Day to Day:
In this role, the LMS Administrator will support the transition from SumTotal to Cornerstone. Their day will include collaborating closely with Cornerstone's implementation team, attending planning meetings, and helping define system requirements. They will review and organize existing training materials within SumTotal and develop a structured plan to export, map, and migrate courses into Cornerstone. The LMS Administrator will work with a team of instructional designers to coordinate migration needs for various departments and partner with a project coordinator to transition other training content. They will also contribute to the overarching transition strategy, including scheduling classes, launching new courses, and managing both systems concurrently during the migration period.
