Data Analyst - Procedure Card Program (Contract)
Location: Hybrid - Mostly Remote (Cleveland Area Only)
Duration: 18 weeks, potential contract-to-hire
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $30/Hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (flexible)
Travel: Local site visits; mileage reimbursed for trips 50+ miles round trip from Beachwood
Position Summary
Support the Procedure Card Program, standardizing surgical supply data across all facilities. Manage, analyze, and prepare large data sets to ensure clean, actionable reporting and accurate inventory alignment. Act as liaison between clinical departments and Supply Chain Management to ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
Pull, organize, and validate large data sets for end-user review
Remove obsolete data (e.g., inactive surgeons, outdated preference cards)
Analyze supply, inventory, and usage data to identify discrepancies
Support end users with reporting questions and modifications
Conduct progress check-ins and report updates to the central team
Update Epic with finalized, accurate procedure card data
Assist with inventory adjustments and alignment with clinical needs
Attend on-site training or validation as needed
Required Skills
Manage, organize, and present large data sets
Analyze data and identify errors or abnormalities
Self-directed with strong time management
Clear communication and end-user support
Healthcare or supply chain experience preferred
Tools & Systems
Epic (possible PHI access)
Oracle, Ivalua, WaveMark, Clarium
Microsoft Excel
Travel & Data Access
Local travel only; mileage reimbursed for 50+ mile round trips
PHI access possible through Epic; no PII or UK data access
