A well-established Connecticut law firm is seeking a Corporate Associate to join their growing team in Norwalk, CT. This is a great opportunity for a junior associate to work on a variety of deals and gain one-on-one mentorship.
The Practice
The firm represents closely held and middle‑market businesses across a wide range of industries, including service businesses, restaurants, medical practices, technology companies, HVAC, plumbing, pest control, and other trade-based companies. The practice is particularly active in:
- Purchase and sale of businesses
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Shareholder and partnership matters
- Business formation and governance
- Labor & employment advising
- Private equity-adjacent transactions involving legacy businesses + more
Associates are exposed to real responsibility early, including fast-paced transactional work, client interaction, and high-value closings.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of corporate transactions experience required
- Connecticut bar admission strongly preferred
- Candidates without CT admission/experience will be considered if eligible and willing to obtain it promptly
Work Environment
- Fully in-office role (Norwalk, CT)
- Collaborative, traditional law firm environment with a strong emphasis on mentorship and long-term growth
- No formal billable hour requirement

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $105,000 - $135,000 + discretionary year-end bonus
