You will partner closely with the current Controller during a focused cross training period, then assume full responsibility for accounting operations, financial reporting, and job cost oversight. What You Will Do:

• Oversee daily cash flow and maintain visibility into overall financial health
• Lead month end close, including review of reconciliations and financial statements
• Own job cost and WIP reporting, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and project tracking
• Review general ledger activity and maintain organized, reliable financial reporting
• Support and mentor a small accounting team, including payroll and accounts payable
• Partner with ownership to provide clear insight into financial performance

What We Are Looking For:

• Controller or Accounting Manager level experience with ownership of accounting operations
• Strong job cost and WIP reporting experience
• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
• Experience in construction or project based accounting strongly preferred
