Now Hiring: Property Manager (Onsite)

Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We're seeking a detail-oriented Property Manager to support a commercial property management team onsite in Lynchburg. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional service to tenants, vendors, and internal teams.

What You'll Do:

• Provide administrative and light accounting support to the property team
• Manage lease documentation, reporting, and records
• Coordinate tenant and vendor communications, including work orders
• Assist with billing, utility tracking, and contract administration
• Maintain organized office systems and databases

Requirements:

✔ High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
✔ 1+ year of experience in commercial real estate, property management, or office administration
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new systems
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
✔ Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Comfortable working onsite
