Our client has a new need for multiple Software engineers based around AI and ML development. This opportunity provides the chance to gain a security clearance - you just need to be able to obtain a US security clearance.
Base Requirements:
- Bachelors & 5+ YRS or Masters & 3+ YRS of experience
- Experience with agentic frameworks and building agentic AI applications
- Strong Python proficiency and prompt engineering for LLMs
- Ability to differentiate between data models (e.g., Meta vs. OpenAI) based on project needs
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and deploying scalable AI models
- Strong SQL skills and experience with enterprise databases (SAP HANA, DB2, SQL Server)
- Experience building AI assistant or agentic AI products
- Prior experience with Lockheed Martin data platforms (EDE, LDW, EDW) or comparable enterprise-scale environments
- Relevant cloud AI / ML certifications (Azure AI Engineer, AWS ML, etc.)
Plusses:
* Node.js
* Predictive Modeling
* Knowledge or experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Day to Day/Project:
* Design, build, and deploy agentic AI and AI assistant-style applications
* Conduct AI/ML research with a strong full-stack development focus
* Work with LLMs, NLP pipelines, and enterprise data platforms
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting Lockheed Martin Space Systems initiatives
* Develop scalable, production-ready AI solutions within secure environments
