Beacon Hill Associates is hiring an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and clerical support in a professional office environment. This role supports daily operations by managing information flow, preparing documentation, and ensuring efficient office coordination.
Assignment Details
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Perform general office duties including ordering supplies and maintaining records management systems

Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks

Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documentation

File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
-
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including emails and faxes
-
Draft and prepare responses to routine correspondence and inquiries
-
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Support additional administrative tasks as assigned
Ideal Candidate Profile

High school diploma or GED required
-
2-4 years of administrative experience required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Ability to maintain confidentiality and organized records

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
