About the Role

The Senior Accountant will support the finance department with advanced accounting functions, project financial analysis, month‑end close, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys working closely with operations, project managers, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
* Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes
* Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
* Support project accounting, cost tracking, and budget analysis
* Assist with audits and compliance requirements
* Partner with engineering and project teams to provide financial insights
* Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 3-5+ years of accounting experience (engineering or construction industry a plus)
* Strong understanding of GAAP
* Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
* Detail‑oriented, analytical, and able to work independently
* Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Details
* Salary: $75,000-$90,000 depending on experience
