One of our favorite law firm clients is seeking a litigation paralegal to join a successful team. This paralegal will assist commercial and civil litigation cases through all phases of litigation including trial preparation.

Ideal paralegal candidates will have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to prioritize and manage critical deadlines.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Performing legal research
• Drafting legal documents including motions, pleadings and discovery summaries
• E-filing with state and federal courts
• Calendaring and managing docket
• Assisting with discovery
• Preparing deposition materials and summaries
• Document review
• Interviewing witnesses
• Assisting with depositions, arbitrations, trials and hearings
