Title: Accounting Manager
Location: Center City Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)
Compensation: $140K (Contract-to-Hire)

Position Overview:
The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations and play a key role in month-end close, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on role working closely with senior leadership in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a 3-5-day month-end close
- Manage month and year-end close process
- Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations
- Manage general ledger activity and oversee journal entries
- Foreign currency exchange
- Partner with FP&A, auditors, and internal teams to streamline processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required
- 5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience from a multi-entity environment
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- 1-2 yeas of supervisory or management experience
