**PART TIME, 20-30 HOURS / WEEK**

Required Skills:

Must have strong reception skills

Must have strong communication and customer service skills

Must have the ability and willingness to organize the office environment

Must be able to order food, make copies, order supplies, and other duties as needed

Must have experience working in a professional office environment

Must be able to wear many administrative hats

Must be able to drive certain projects as assigned

Must have basic Microsoft office skills

Must have very basic Excel skills (does not need formulas, pivot tables, etc.)

Must have strong communication skills, grammar, and strong organizational skills

Must have a sense of urgency and be able to escalate immediate needs

Must have strong follow up skills and know when to ask for help

Must be coachable, open minded, and flexible

Must be able to follow direction and work hours as needed

Must have the ability and willingness to learn new things

Must have the ability to work individually and in a team environment

Job/Project Description:

This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to support a professional environment in Indianapolis. This role will focus on general administrative duties from reception, ordering food, ordering supplies, organizing the office, making copies, and other duties and projects as assigned.
