Beacon Hill Financial is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Representative for a contract to hire month opportunity in St. Louis! This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail and experience managing accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and invoice processing tasks in an automated system.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices using both PO (Purchase Order) and non-PO data.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to prevent errors and discrepancies.
• Prioritize and complete assigned tasks to meet minimum daily requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts payable or a related finance role.

• Strong proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
