An excellent client of ours located in Malvern, PA is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their team!
Qualifications
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for payroll administration, compliance, tax filing, and reporting.
- Review additional compensation, deductions adjustments, and one-time payments.
- Review timesheets for hourly employees and resolve any issues before processing payroll.
- Analyze payroll audit reports prior to processing to identify and resolve payroll issues.
- Review and validate variances and financial trends in each pay cycle across multiple entities.
- Monitor time off balances and holiday pay to ensure system policies work appropriately, and employees are paid accurately.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for Accounting and HR departments.
- Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements.
