Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to businesses to request signage placement for marketing campaigns.
• Clearly explain the purpose and benefits of each campaign.
• Listen actively to concerns or questions and respond with patience and professionalism.
• Document call outcomes, feedback, and permissions accurately in our CRM system.
• Build rapport with gatekeepers and decision-makers to foster long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure signage logistics and follow-up are seamless.
• Meet daily and weekly outreach goals while maintaining high-quality interactions.
