Responsibilities:
- Engages with customers to secure payments, resolve deductions, and negotiate payment terms.
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to gain approval on negotiated resolutions.
- Identifies and escalates potential write-offs to management.
- Analyzes and reconciles large volumes of account data, providing recommendations for resolving anomalies and preventing future discrepancies.
- Makes decisions on order release or hold for delinquent accounts in line with company credit policies.
- Follows up with customers who miss payment deadlines and discusses action plans with internal teams and management.
