Job Title: Packaging Associate
Location: Near Racine, WI
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Hourly Rate: $21.00/hour

Position Summary:
The Packaging Associate is responsible for performing transducer screening and inspection activities to ensure products meet quality standards prior to packaging and distribution. This position requires attention to detail, accurate documentation, and adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform transducer screening and inspection in accordance with established procedures.

• Document all screening and inspection results following Good Documentation Practices (GDPs).

• Assist in completing screening and inspection records to ensure completeness and compliance.

• Support the collection and organization of data used to report transducer performance.

• Complete daily laboratory equipment and facility records to maintain operational readiness.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass vision testing requirements (with or without corrective eyewear).

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain documentation per quality standards.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with documentation systems.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, inspection, or packaging preferred but not required.

Work Environment:
This position is based in a controlled laboratory or production environment requiring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
