An excellent client of ours located in Wilmington, DE is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team and manage high-volume, multi-cycle payrolls with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and administer weekly and biweekly payroll for approximately 600 employees.
Utilize ADP Workforce Now (WFN) to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Review and validate timecards, adjustments, and deductions.
Manage payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Qualifications:
3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) preferred.
Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll compliance.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
