Job Posting: Claims Reviewer (Contract Role)

We are seeking Claims Reviewers for a contract supporting a large-scale recovery initiative. This position involves reviewing and processing claims related to a specialized program. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify applications for program eligibility.
• Perform quality checks on processed applications.
• Assist with appeals and follow-up inquiries.
• Communicate with applicants or their representatives to ensure accurate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support program objectives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records throughout the process.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• At least one year of administrative experience in a professional setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret program guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with applicants and team members.
• Basic math skills for calculations and data verification.
• Ability to work onsite on a rotating schedule and accommodate overtime as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in claims processing or related administrative work.
• Familiarity with specialized software tools such as Xactimate.
• Knowledge of government programs or disaster recovery processes is a plus.
