Beacon Hill is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for an exciting and engaging role! Our client, a growing organization in the Portland area, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist temporary to hire basis. If you have 2+ years of experience in full cycle Accounts Payable and seeking a fantastic opportunity, look no further!

Responsibilities:
- Key inventory-related invoices and indirect non-inventory invoices
- Supervise the vendor mailbox and vendor requests
- Troubleshoot any vendor-related issues
- Review vendor-issues credits and resolve as needed
- Research and reconcile vendor statements
- Problem-solving skills Strong organizational abilities
- Experience in non-profit is highly preferred
