Contract Senior HR Business Partner - Minnetonka, MN
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Hire Type: 6-month contract (possibility for extension)
Start Date: December 2025
End Date: July 2026
Hours: 40 hours/week
Worksite Arrangement: Onsite 3+ days per week (Tuesday-Thursday)

Overview:
Beacon Hill's client is seeking a Contract Senior HR Business Partner to provide strategic and operational HR support for clinical, markets, and finance functions. This role will partner closely with business leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have worked in healthcare with 7+ years of HR experience, including organizational design and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual HR Cycle Management: Lead performance and merit calibration, talent reviews, promotions, and market adjustments.
  • Organizational Design & Change Management: Support upcoming reorganizations, structure design, and workforce planning.
  • Strategic Partnership: Provide Director-level and below support for job reviews, compensation consulting, and talent planning.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Work with HR Centers of Excellence and coach leaders to drive talent strategies and business results.

Preferred Experience:

  • Clinical background highly preferred, with exposure to markets and finance.
  • Strong consulting skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Experience managing cyclical HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including organizational design and change management.
  • Ability to work independently and build relationships at all levels.
