Our client, a growing organization in the Portland area, is seeking an Accounting Specialist temporary to hire basis. Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable:
- Conduct thorough 3-way matching to ensure the accuracy of vendor invoice processing.
- Enter accounts payable transactions with precision and attention to detail.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Process customer payments, including lockbox transactions, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare and distribute customer invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide assistance with various administrative tasks as needed to support the accounting department.
