Overview:
We're seeking a motivated individual to join our Quality Control Microbiology team. In this role, you'll contribute to maintaining product quality and safety by performing a range of microbiological tests in support of manufacturing and clinical operations. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a regulated lab setting while working with an experienced and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform microbiological assays on in-process and finished product samples following established laboratory procedures.

• Support daily laboratory operations, including media preparation, equipment maintenance, and documentation.

• Conduct growth promotion testing and other routine quality control activities.

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to regulatory and safety requirements.

• Maintain an organized, clean, and compliant work area.

• Participate in method verification and validation activities for new and existing products.

• Demonstrate initiative in learning new techniques and achieving technical proficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.

• 1-2 years of relevant laboratory experience; prior exposure to GMP or regulated environments preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow written procedures.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
