Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll support day-to-day laboratory operations including testing, sample preparation, data recording, and general lab maintenance. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced scientific environment and opportunities to contribute to research, development, and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and test laboratory samples for product development, quality control, and process optimization.

• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment following standard procedures.

• Accurately record data, maintain lab notebooks, and update electronic records.

• Assist with inventory control, labeling, and safe handling of chemicals and materials.

• Perform routine calculations, dilutions, and reagent preparation.

• Support process scale-up and product testing as needed.

• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of lab projects.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of laboratory experience (academic or industry).

• Knowledge of safe laboratory practices and chemical handling.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning lab software systems.
