About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Specialist to support in managing state regulatory activities and product registrations. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in regulatory compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of state regulatory activities to obtain and maintain product registrations under FIFRA Sections 3, 24(c), 2(ee), 18, and 5.

  • Communicate with state regulatory agencies regarding submissions, renewals, and approvals.

  • Maintain and update internal regulatory databases and tracking systems.

  • Process payment of state registration fees (new registrations, renewals, tonnage, etc.).

  • Review and verify product labels for accuracy and compliance.

  • Interpret and apply federal and state regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding regulatory information.

  • Scan, organize, and electronically file regulatory documentation.

  • Provide general administrative and regulatory support to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience (regulatory, documentation, or administrative support).

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).

  • Experience managing or updating databases preferred.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.

  • Experience with document comparison tools a plus.
