Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting state regulatory activities related to agricultural products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in regulatory affairs who is looking to contribute to a dynamic team while gaining valuable industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with state regulatory activities necessary for obtaining and maintaining product registrations.
Communicate with regulatory agencies regarding submissions, renewals, and approvals.
Maintain and update regulatory databases and tracking systems.
Review and organize incoming regulatory documentation.
Process registration-related payments and fees.
Review product labels for accuracy and compliance.
Interpret and apply federal and state registration requirements to ensure compliance.
Provide regulatory support to internal teams and respond to external inquiries.
Perform additional assignments as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field, plus 2 years of professional work experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; database management experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
Experience with document comparison tools is a plus.
