Overview:
We're seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced office in Addison. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to join a growing team known for its supportive culture and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone and email, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Enter and update customer information and orders in company systems with accuracy.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

• Handle billing questions, product information requests, and general customer follow-up.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with both customers and teammates.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience (office or call center preferred).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn.

• Ability to start immediately and work full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
