Customer Service Representative
Company in southwest Charlotte looking for a Customer Service Rep - Distrubution, to join their team and support clients. Contract to hire. Pay: 24/ hour. Regular business hours.
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to support our team with administrative and customer service tasks, as well as light accounts payable responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer service support, including answering phones and responding to inquiries
Create and maintain customer files based on submitted credit applications
Enter new quotes and orders into the system and follow up as needed
Assist with accounts payable functions, including processing checks
Monitor and post shipping charges
Create and maintain electronic invoice files (primarily via email), ensuring accurate posting and payment
