National Accounts Project Coordinator

Construction company in southwest Charlotte looking for a National Accounts Project Coordinator to join their team and support large-scale clients. Contract to hire. Pay: 24/hour. Regular business hours.

Responsibilities

Aid in success of the National Account Department's project coordination efforts providing proposals, project related documents, installer & schedule coordination.

Successful project coordinator will identify a project leads, prepare comprehensive action plans including resources, time frames, and budgets for projects.

Working closely with project manager, the project coordinator will perform various task including estimating, bidding, identifying needs and providing proper documentation and literature, guiding all project participants.

Track projects process through planning, implementation, monitoring, and closing will be part of the day to day.

Essential Duties:

- Work closely with project manager to identify and plan facilities projects

- Estimate facilities projects

- Send out labor bids to installers

- Organize and distribute relevant project documents to customers, end users, and installers as appropriate

- Track projects form planning through closeout, gathering necessary documents to complete job packs

- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management

- Make sure clients' needs are met as projects evolve

- Oversee project document management

- Main point of contact and liaison for project status to all participants

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance best practices as developed and maintained throughout the brand.

- Working with your team members to accomplish all tasks is key.

- Learning as you go and providing basic project management through lessons learned

Qualifications, Education, Knowledge & Experience:

- Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar role

- Construction OR manufacturing OR both

- Self-starter, eager for more

- Scheduling, prioritizing

- This is a fast paced, manufacturing and construction-based environment. Ability to consistently prioritize, re-direct, and work interdepartmentally to accomplish a task is needed

- This is a team-based environment, each role contributing to the greater task of successfully fulfilling order or project in a timely fashion.
