Our client, a leading professional firm, is seeking a temporary to permanent Recruiting Coordinator to support their busy team in Arlington, VA!
Responsibilities:
- Support full-cycle recruitment initiatives, campaigns, and logistics.
- Review and screen resumes, manage all internal notes, and schedule interviews.
- Support onboarding; assist with completing new hire and employment paperwork.
- Research sourcing options and track candidate activity.
- Assist with planning and participate in college fairs and other recruiting events.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of proven recruitment experience is required.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office products is required.
- Strong confidentiality, communication, and organizational skills.
- Personable with an ability to relate to others.
Position Information:
- $35/hr-$37/hr, while temporary, DOE.
- $75k-$85k, when permanent.
- Hybrid with 4 days/week onsite.
- Office in Arlington, VA.
- 37.5-hour work week!
