Marketing / Human Resources Coordinator

Company in South Charlotte is looking for a Marketing / Human Resources Assistant. Regular business hours, Monday-Friday. Temp to hire. Pay $23-$26/hour DOE.

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Human Resources & Marketing Coordinator to support our team. This role involves significant coordination and project management, requiring someone who thrives in an autonomous environment and can proactively drive projects forward.

Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update personnel records and HR systems.
• Prepare and review documentation for new employees.
• Organize company events and develop engaging content for internal newsletters.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.

Marketing:

• Support the development and distribution of marketing materials.
• Coordinate digital and print marketing efforts, including working with vendors.
• Manage marketing plans, calendars, and project status reports.
• Create and distribute client newsletters and other promotional activities.

General Administrative Duties:

• Participate in client billing activities and cross-train for administrative support roles.
• Schedule meetings, develop agendas, and maintain thorough meeting notes.
• Provide general office support as needed.
