Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Community Coaches at multiple levels, as well as select administrative and finance staff.
• Post job ads, source candidates, screen and interview, conduct background checks, and manage the onboarding and orientation process.
• Support approximately 6 open requisitions at a time, focusing on non-clinical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance on the talent market, coach them through best practices, and ensure strong communication throughout the hiring process.
• Attend and represent the organization at job fairs and other recruiting events.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal funding requirements, maintaining accurate documentation for audits and oversight.
• Work extensively in Teams for meetings, interviews, and manager communication; must be highly proficient with virtual collaboration tools.
• Utilize systems including Setworks, isolved, and iHire for recruiting and HR processes.
