Our client, a multi-faceted company, is seeking a direct-hire HR Coordinator to join their growing office!

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, answering employee questions, processing departmental invoices, drafting emails, and responding to requests.
  • Support data entry and document uploading.
  • Schedule and conduct new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring timely completion of paperwork.
  • Coordinate the HR calendar and career fairs.
  • Preform other related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of professional experience or multiple years of internship experience required.
  • Experienced in ADP is a plus!
  • Independent worker who is flexible to competing priorities.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on confidentiality

Position Information:

  • $52k-$62k, depending on experience.
  • Hours are 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm.
  • 100% on-site in Washington, DC.
  • Free parking!
