Our client, a law firm in downtown DC, is seeking a temporary on-site Contract Recruiter to support their team!
About the Job:
* Full life-cycle recruitment for open roles across programs and business functions.
* Partner with leaders and develop and execute strategy.
* Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
* Perform reference checks.
* Facilitate the process through to offer delivery, negotiation, and on-boarding.
* Complete additional tasks as needed.
About You:
* 4+ years of experience as a full cycle recruiter.
* A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred.
* Proficient in MS Office Products, video conferencing and ATS strongly preferred.
* Possess a strong understanding of HR policies/procedures.
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and oral).
* Possess good judgment to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
About the Position:
* $28/hr-$35/hr, depending on experience.
* Temporary for 6 months.
* Potential for the assignment to be extended.
* 100% onsite in Washington, DC.
* Office is metro accessible.
