Our client, a leading supply chain technology company, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive talent acquisition across the US, shaping a world-class candidate experience and fueling company growth. This role partners closely with leadership to attract top talent ifor GTM Roles in the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, G&A, and Tech teams.

Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and hire top-tier SaaS talent while optimizing the recruitment process.
• Develop hiring strategies, leveraging data and metrics for process improvements.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build an inclusive and objective hiring process while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
• Expand the company's presence through networking events and employer branding initiatives.
• Work with Greenhouse ATS to enhance automation and visibility in recruiting.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SaaS recruiting experience, with experience recruiting GTM roles
• Strong data-driven approach to hiring decisions.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
• A well-established network in the Chicago startup and SaaS community.
• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
