Our client in the global data center industry is seeking a direct hire Sr. HR Manager to lead the HR team. If you possess extensive HR experience and want to grow with a company, apply today!
About the Job:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to manage employee relations, performance, and engagement initiatives.
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment initiatives through onboarding and orientation for all new hires.
- Oversee benefits and serve as the liaison to brokers and vendors, coordinating open enrollment and developing wellness initiatives.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
About You:
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience, with a strong background in HR administration, management, or related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in HR is required; A Master's degree is preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a strong knowledge of applicable labor laws.
About the Position:
- $110K-$125K, depending on experience.
- On-site 3-4 days in Arlington, VA!
