About the Job:
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to hand employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead full lifecycle recruitment from collaborating with hiring managers and posting jobs, to sourcing and screening candidates, through onboarding and orientation for all new hires.
- Oversee benefits and serve as the liaison to brokers and vendors, coordinating open enrollment and developing wellness initiatives.
- Support compensation and benchmarking of positions through market analysis.
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
About You:
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience, with a strong background in HR administration, management, or related field preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in HR is required; A Master's degree is preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a strong knowledge of applicable labor laws.
About the Position:
- Up to $150K (DOE) and a well-rounded benefits package.
- On-site 4 days/week in Arlington, VA!
