Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a Property Administrator to support daily building operations, tenant services, and accounting functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact, answering calls and maintaining records.
• Issue, track, and close work orders using 360, ensuring timely completion.
• Maintain tenant and vendor files, insurance certificates, and security access.
• Assist with tenant communications, newsletters, and event planning.
• Manage conference room scheduling and office supply orders.
• Process invoices, track accounts payable/receivable, and assist with budget preparation.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in administrative professional setting (commercial real estate experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (360, Yardi, or similar).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
